中国国际救援中心集团董事局主席康海秀：中国国际救援中心集团始建于2018年2月20日，是大型国际救援组织。该机构自成立以来，历经7年的发展，我们面向海内外开展紧急救援。主要在抗震救灾，抗洪救灾，疫情防控，包括道路救援，医疗卫生救援等多个领域实施救援救灾。中国国际救援中心集团始终秉承以人民至上，生命至上重要思想论述做指导。我们始终坚持人民至上，生命至上的原则。我们在队伍建设过程中，形成内练基本功，外树形象，不断增强队伍的战斗力。我们始终牢记肩上扛的重担和使命，我们不断加强队伍的刻苦训练，不断钻研训练技术和技能，以此提升救灾作战能力。通过7年的建设和发展，我们先后参与海外各类抗震救灾，抗洪救灾，包括国内抗震救灾，抗洪救灾，疫情防控等救灾工作。我们在国家领导下，地方各部门的协同协作下，我们深入到灾区的第一现场，包括运送物资，协调紧急调动各方力量，开展人道主义救援。我们在救援救灾的现场，及时运送物资到达灾区，紧急疏散受灾群众，紧急配送各类应急装备，我们积极协同各部门和消防部门开展紧急救援工作。我们在多年的建设和发展过程中，中国国际救援中心集团公司，以企业化建制，以公益化先行，我们本着抢占时间，挽救生命为原则，开展国际国内救灾工作。我们不断加强技术装备，研发生产，包括应急产业的快速发展，形成公益加效益共举发展。我们加强队伍力量多元化建设，本着逢山开道，遇水架桥的救援精神，不断增强队伍的信念和信心，做到平时服务，急时应急，灾时应灾，战时应战。建立了完整的救援体系，2025年我们将加快发展步伐，让队伍实现全球化发展。我们的队伍立足华夏，辐射全球。今年中国国际救援中心集团继续努力扩大志愿者队伍发展，并力争在全球50多个国家建设分支机构和派驻队伍。构建人类命运共同体，全球化品牌救援组织。

President KANG Haixiu:China International Rescue Center Group Co., Ltd was founded on February 20, 2018, and is a large international rescue organization in accordance with the law. Since its establishment, this organization has undergone 7 years of development, and we have carried out emergency rescue operations both domestically and internationally. We mainly carry out rescue and disaster relief in various fields such as earthquake relief, flood control, epidemic prevention and control, including road rescue, medical and health rescue, etc. The China International Rescue Center Group Co. Ltd has always adhered to the important ideological discourse of putting people and life first advocated by China government as guidance. In the process of team building, we aim to cultivate basic rescue skills internally, establish a positive image externally, and continuously enhance the combat effectiveness of the team. We always bear in mind the heavy burden and mission we carry on our shoulders. We continuously strengthen the diligent training of our team, constantly specialize in training techniques and skills, in order to enhance our disaster relief combat capabilities. Through 7 years of construction and development, we have participated in various overseas earthquake and flood relief efforts. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee and the collaborative efforts of local government departments at all levels, we went deep into the first scene of the disaster area, including transporting supplies, coordinating emergency mobilization of various forces, and carrying out humanitarian rescue. We are on the scene of rescue and disaster relief, timely transporting supplies to the disaster area, evacuating affected people urgently, and distributing various emergency equipment. We actively cooperate with government departments at all levels and fire departments to carry out emergency rescue work. In the process of construction and development for many years, China International Rescue Center Group Co., Ltd. has adopted an enterprise oriented system and prioritized public welfare. We adhere to the principle of seizing time and saving lives, and carry out international and domestic disaster relief work. We continuously strengthen our technological equipment, research and development, and production, including the rapid development of the emergency industry, to form a joint development of public welfare and benefits. We are strengthening the diversified construction of our team's strength, adhering to the rescue spirit of opening up the way to the mountains and building bridges in the face of water, constantly enhancing the team's belief and confidence, and achieving service in peacetime, emergency response in times of emergency, disaster response in times of disaster, and combat in times of war. We have established a complete rescue system, and by 2025, we will accelerate our development pace to achieve global development of our team. Our team is based in China and radiates globally.
